    3. Well John, I have spoken several times to state archeologist, Nick Fielder,and he believes that we simply need stricter laws. When I have spoken to those in the legislation, they are supportive, but there is just no one to be much of an advocate. I believe that our local historical and genealogical societies should petition their state affiliates to take some action, but just haven't found exactly the right ear to bend on this matter!
