    3. i hope you don't mind my butting in and, Sonja, correct me if I am wrong. But, from the way I understand the law, if you are a decendant of anyone buried in that cemetery, the present owners cannot stop you from visiting and cleaning up the cemetery. You might have to visit the local sherriffs office to have them pay a visit to the property owner and explain the law to them. This is getting to be a problem all across the country and, I think, will continue to be a problem.
