    3. Thank you so much Jeanette for the tip. I did look for Woodson on subsequent census's and couldn't find him after that 1830 census in Lincoln Co. Since I don't have a death date on Woodson or Pleasant I don't know if a courthouse is going to search thru all those years of will/probate records. I do appreciate your response.     3. Hello Mary, They don't have to search through all those years, the probate records are filed by the first letter of the surname in every courthouse that I have ever been in.
