Thank you so much Jeanette for the tip. I did look for Woodson on subsequent census's and couldn't find him after that 1830 census in Lincoln Co. Since I don't have a death date on Woodson or Pleasant I don't know if a courthouse is going to search thru all those years of will/probate records. I do appreciate your response. Hello Mary, They don't have to search through all those years, the probate records are filed by the first letter of the surname in every courthouse that I have ever been in. Not by date, by name.
