Wills, 1814-1860. P. 60? WILL OF ELIZABETH JORDAN 1844 I Elizabeth Jordan, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me made at any time. First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executors. Secondly, My will is that my property, household and kitchen furniture of all discriptions, and all my stock of all discriptions, and my land that I now live on lying and being situated in Giles Co., or Bradshaw Creek Dist. #10, containing 15 Acres & 75 Poles, more or less to be sold on 12 Months credit. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to the heirs of my son, John Jordan, Dec'd, One Dollar. Fourthly, I give and bequeath to my daughter, Mary Dickey, One Dollar. Fifthly, I give and bequeath to my grandson, Pleasant Harvy Jordan, One Dollar. Sixthly, I give and bequeath to my son (grandson ?), Archibald Moore Jordan, One Dollar. Seventhly, I give unto my daughter, Nancy Gibson, two thirds of my estate after the distribution herein named or made. Eighthly, I give and bequeath unto my son , William Jordan, the remainder of my estate after the above named distribution is made. Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint Daniel Goodram, and A. R.
