Hi again, If you have not checked out the website http:\\www.lawrenceburg.com lately, you should try it now. The archives loaned about 40 "old" pictures of Lawrenceburg and other places in the county to Mike Salvucci, the owner of the page, a few weeks ago. He has scanned all the pictures and they can now be seen at his website. (We have hundreds more in our collection at the archives.) The pictures are located close to the bottom of the page on the right side. When you click on the tiny image it will enlarge to a full page size. Right now the only way to see all the pictures is to visit the page 40 times, since only one image appears each time. But Mike is going to work on a way to view all the pictures without having to return to the page repeatedly. This is a great way to see what the county your ancestors came from looked like in the early days. Kathy Niedergeses
