Hi, looking for information on Pleasant James. Born January 18, 1809, and who moved from Hancock County, Alabama (Now Winston County) to Tennessee at the outbreak of the Civil War. He joined the Eighth Infantry, a Tennessee Regiment and was assigned to company K. Any Civil War buffs out there who can enlighten me and tell me about this unit and maybe find him listed on a muster some where. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Chuck James Montgomery, Alabama
