If you go to http://www.cumberland.org/hfcpc/minister/WebbTO.htm you will find a very brief synopsis of his life and family - Thomas Oliver Webb, c1833-1915, Cumberland Presbyterian Minister, ?-1906 Presbyterian U.S.A. Minister 1907-1915. and Occupation: Pastor, Presbytery: Columbia, Place of Death:Lawrenceburg, Tenn.
