I am searching for descendants of Ethel Dugger Henderson who might could help me in my King/Yancey research. I'm not sure, but I believe Ethel and her husband John J. Henderson lived in Lawrence Co., TN. They did marry in Giles Co. Ethel's mother was Martha Ann White Dugger, daughter of Nancy Jane Yancey King White. Nancy Jane Yancey was married first to William A. King by whom she had 4 children. William A. died during the Civil War and Nancy Jane married James White by whom she had 7 children. I descend from Nancy Jane Yancey's first marriage to William A. King. I thought if I could get in contact with descendants of Ethel Dugger Henderson, they might possibly know something about the King family. Judy
