I know that Altha was in living in Mississippi County at the time of her death but it could have been Craighead county to cause Manila, Ar was in Craighead and Crittenden county line before they divided it up to Mississippi county sometime in the early 1900's so thanks alot for telling me this i will go to craighead board and put a message there too.
