Hi Barb, I think you and I have emailed before. I am descended from the Cocke County Thomases. My direct line, George I. Thomas came to Knox County about 1900-1910. I am a 3rd cousin (once removed) of Bill Thomas in Jefferson County. One of these days we are going to connect our Thomas to the Blount County family. So close and yet so far!
