I am looking for William Severs who married Catherine Peck in l793 in Montgomery CO VA. He failed to pick up a letter in Knoxville about l800 to William Savoirs and lived in Anderson Co from l802 and appears to have been there before the county was cut off of Knox County. He seems to have been a deserting Hessian soldier deserting from Savanna GA in July of l782 named Johannes Wilhelm Siebert. I have learned much about the deserting Hessian but need info on Wm Severs between l793 and l802 in Knox County. Any suggestions or info appreciated.
