Ray--- Thank you for the info about the Walker`s.I have been looking at the possibility of a connection to the LEWIS family. I am somewhat in the dark and trying to use available possible leads.My ancestors were Solomon George,1757-1830 and Peggy (Crawford) George,1774-1826 of Knox Co.,TN.They had 4 sons: 1.Samuel C.S.George,b. 1808 2.Andrew L.W.George,b. 1810 3.Wiley B.Blunt George,1812-1880 ( my ancestor) 4.Pleasant M.G.George I have found a Pleasant Walker in the 1820`s in Knox County and believe he might be related through the Crawford family.I believe that the "L" in the name of Andrew L.
