Hi list, can anyone tell me if thee was a census of Knox Co in 1820? I would like to find out if the James Milliken(Millican, Milligan) family was living there at that time. Sherry Ancestry.com has the 1820 census for Tn and they say it is complete but Knox is not listed. There is more of it than the 1810 tho.
