Just a reminder, the pre-1850 censuses only list heads of families with hash marks for age groups of family members, segregating males & females. It does tend to make using these "chicken scratch" censuses more challenging than later ones, and they have somewhat less information than others as they don't list birth state, etc, but put with other sources, can be a help.
