    3. I know there was an old school in the Knoxville area (actually quite close to the university campus) called Sterchi. I'm afraid I don't know anything of it's history or the grades taught, but it might be a place to start. Anyone else on the list know anything about Sterchi?     3. I attended Sterchi Elementary School, grades 1-8, in the 1960s. It's located off Cedar Lane, between Fountain City and Inskip communities (about a 15-minute drive from the UT campus).
