am searching for info on grandfather-Thomas Newton Walker, born june 1881-believe born either in jefferson co. or washington co. cannot find any death verification for him although he was listed at parents home in jeff co in 1910-he was hurt in a mine accident a diedfrom injuries later, believe there at parents either in 1910 or 1911. his parents were James T. Walker and Paulina Ellen Quarrells. he had a brother, a brother, william, who married, i believe,a Sarah McCarter, a sister, Nancy, no other siblings known. Thomas N. Walker was married to Cynthia Clabough and they had 4 children before his death, Virgie Magretti walker, James Ernest Walker, my father, Oscar Lee Walker, and William Thomas Walker. any hep would be most appreciated as Thomas N. has been my brick wall for years now. Thomas mother was the daughter of William Conway Quarrells and mary Adeline McCarter. after thomas died, his widow, cynthia remarried to James mcRussell Quarrells, brother of thomas mother and they lived in sevier co and had 5 children. JMQ was first married to sarah maples and thin they had 9 children and got divorced. thanks.
