looking for info on death of grandfather, Thomas Newton WALKER, born june 1881, possibly jeff co, to James t. Walker and paulina ellen Quarrells. listed in 1910 census as being at parents home there. think that is year he died after beig injured in mine accident, don't know where injured but been told his back and chest crushed. Thomas was married to cynthia Clabough and they had 4 children at time of his death. cannot find dc or any info on burial or death date. his widow, cynthia, remarried to James McRussell Quarrels in 1914, and they had 5 children in sevier co. JM Quarrells was brother of thomas mother, paulina. paulinas parents were William c. and Mary Adeline McCarter Quarrells. JM Quarrells was divorced from Sarah Maples and they had 9 children. He and Cynthia lived in sevier co. until his death in 1942/43, then cynthia moved to knoxville, tn where she lived during the war. she moved to pigeonforge with her daughter jessie huskey and died there in the 1950/60s.
