Greetings, One of my lines goes back to EZEKIEL CAMPBELL [b: abt 1794, TN] and his wife, JANE MODRELL who were married in Pulaski Co., TN in 1816. Jane was a daughter of GEORGE MODRELL and a granddaughter of his father, ROBERT MOTHERAL. Thus far my research suggests that Ezekiel was likely a son of JAMES CAMPBELL and his wife HANNAH INMAN, daughter of SHADRACH INMAN and MARY MCPHEETERS of Jefferson Co., TN. After their marriage, Ezekiel and Jane went back and forth between KY and TN, then they went to Owen Co., IN with other Modrell family members. Then they lived in McDonough Co., IL where some other descendants of James and Hannah Campbell went. Ezekiel, Jane, and family finally settled in Andrew Co., MO about 1840/41 and eventually died there. I appreciate any help on these lines. Thanks.
