I have information that states Elanor Nodding (b. 1751) married John Hill in Washington County and then moved to Jefferson County. Other informants believe that Elanor married Daniel Hill. I believe my greatgrandfather Rufus Morgan Hill to be the son of Nodding Hill and grandson of John Hill and Elanor Nodding. Rufus Morgan Hill married Mary Elizabeth Bayless 12/15/1853.
