Would like to know when Douglas dam was built and area flooded. Families Blazer and Aileys relocated as was Ailey's Chapel and cemetery. Is this in Sevier or Jefferson counties? Have a survey of the cemetery and would like to donate to Rootsweb but not sure of county. Thanx, Jane
