Hi, I would like to let everyone know that a THOMAS surname DNA project is beginning. There are several groups of Thomses in East Tennessee - Blount, Sevier, Cocke, Sullivan, Jefferson counties - that would love to learn if they are connected. Conventional research has thus far turned up nothing concrete. Of course our project is not solely focused on east Tennessee. We hope to find connections between family lines all over the country and even out of the country if possible.
