    3. Bill, Please tell me about your McNeese/McNees family. What time period were they in Jefferson Co., TN? Who did they associate with? Where did they come from? What were some of the common given names that they gave their children? I have a John Neece who does not fit in with the Neece/Neese families that came from Germany to Jefferson and Green Cos., TN. John married Hulda Ellis in May of 1800 in Jefferson Co. John was also asssociated with the Riggs family in Jefferson Co. If your McNeese/McNees family was in Jefferson Co., or Washington Co. TN between 1790 and 1810, I would be interested in sharing notes. Ed Murray emurray1@mindspring.com
