However the parents of your William Thomas and Julia Petty Hickman seem to be William and Susannah Mount Hickman. William Hickman's will was made 20 JAN 1869 in Sevier Co. He lists children Thomas, Humphrey, WILLIAM T., Mary Pollard, Lavina Cate, Elizabeth Snyder, Martha Bales, Sarah George, Ellen Ruth, Anna Cates, Rebecca Petty, and grandson Johnson Hickman.( Sevier Co., TN Will, etc. , microfilm #27, starting on p. 141 at the TN State Library and Archives) William T. and his wife Julia Petty Hickman are buried in the Caldwell Cemetery in Jefferson Co., as are William and Susannah Hickman.
