My James Dudley Talley is thought to be the brother of Benoni Carter Talley, I have no proof of his parentage. My Talley's and Campbells tie in together in Cocke county Tn. Could it be suggested that Carter Hills may be in Cocke county TN? I am sorry I can be of no help but I would like to pass on an email address of someone that may be able to help.
