Hi, I am new to the list and this is my first post. Genealogy has been my hobby for about 8 years now, and I have made some progress even though there have been many blocks in the way. My newest research is trying to locate more info on Cal and Mary Pendergrass Stinnett. Cal /AKA/ James Calvin Stinnett was my Great uncle, born 27-Jul-1868, Maryville, Blount County, Tennessee, died 30-Jan-1934, Knox County, Tennessee. He resided in both Knox and Jefferson Counties, and is buried at Westview Cemetery, Jefferson City, Jefferson County, Tennessee. He married Mary Pendergrass 18-Oct-1899 in Jefferson County, who was born 01-Oct-1882, Jefferson County, died 08-Sep-1949, Jefferson County, buried also at Westview. According to my information, Mary was the daughter of Walter Pendergrass. Spelling of the name on the marriage certificate for Uncle Cal was Cal Stinett. Any help greatly appreciated.
