I am looking for information on Clifford Wheeler Patton born 21 Nov 1901 in TN. He attended Carson Newman College and graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1926. He served in the Federal government during and after WW2 and died in Dayton OH 24 Sep 1985. I have found him with the family of William Patton in Jefferson City in the 1920 Census on Ancestry. The Ancestry image of the page is very poor and most names in the family are illegible. In the Heritage Quest image only the surname Patton is legible. Can anyone tell me confirm the birth date and advise the birth city, the name of his mother and his siblings. The index of districts that Heritsge Quest has for Jefferson County are mixed up. Some are missing including ED 71 where the Pattons were and some are duplicated: Dr 1 2 3 4 5 6 6SP 7 8 9 Dan JC4 SP6 TAL9 WP3.
