These deeds mention, Mrs. Yoe's, Brownlow, and West-View Cemetery. They also mention that the property (as of 1920) was 200 or so yards from the intersection of the Pike and Russell Ave. All of this property was sold to J. D. Murphy and also abutted his exisitng property. My question is this, is West-View located on Russell Ave.? Mary Newman is buried in West-View, so it is logical her property was somewhere near. I was in Jefferson Co. last fall, but of course these deeds came tolight after I got back to Alabama. I am trying to get a location fixed in my head. Thanks in advance.
