Wonder if someone out there can help. Family information indicates the following: James HAMILTON(believed born about 1794, poss Grainger County- believed died about 1846), married to Nancy CHILDERS poss 22 Nov 1816 in Grainger County. Known children are: Elizabeth(b: 1816-1819) who married William J. PARSLEY in Jefferson County in 1837 and moved to Morgan County, Il. about 1840. Benjamin Franklin(b: 30 Aug 1820) who married Elizabeth Jane POLLARD (b: 11 Nov 1819 in Va.) Elizabeth is known to have brothers George and Jim as well as being related somehow to the HICKMAN family. Benjamin and Elizabeth moved to Morgan County, Illinois in 1839. Have a number of possible ties to the Childers and Pollard families but hoping someone has a solid connecting piece of information.
