They only lived in this county for a short time, sometime between the 1810's and 1830's, but information (wills, vital records, census) from that time frame would be highly helpful. My ancestor, Harriet C. Crobarger was born circa 1817 in Tennessee. She is reputed to have been born in Jefferson County, shortly after her parents had moved there from Virginia (circa 1815). She was the youngest child in the family. Her father's name is not known, but is believed by some to have been George. George died sometime in the 1820's. Harriet's mother's name was Catherine and moved with her children to Missouri after their father's death. Anyway, if anybody could help me with records I would be very appreciative. Thanks.
