I've just joined the list and want to get my names out there. I'm researching Walkers and Beasley's. Jesse Walker is my brick wall. He was on the 1850/60 Humphrey county census but I've never been able to find out where he went from there. His wife was Caroline and there children included Altemira, Isaac Lucas, Nancy, John, William and James. I'm also trying to find out where Jesse was born and who his parents were. I do know according to the census that he was born in Tennessee. The Beasley part is my husbands family. He is kin to William Beasley, father of Lewis Gilbert Beasley, grandfather of Benjamin Beasley who married Daisy Parker. If anybody out there is researching either of these names I would love to hear from you. Karen Beasley
