The information given to me to put in the book on Mr. & Mrs. Kern is as follows (other people went to the cemeteries and obtained information from grave markers the best they could - some hard to read due to age).: Mr. & Mrs. Kern are buried in the Bethany Cemetery in Houston County, TN. Location reads: From Erin take Hwy 49 to Dickson. Take Bethany Road to cemetery on right side of road past the church - on hill above mouth of east Wallace Hollow, north of Bethany Road. Grave stone reads: F.A. Kern - 1839-1920, Mother; J. T. Kern - 1825-1910 - Father.
