Greg, I checked the cemetery book, 'They Passed This Way'; edition 2004. I found no listing under the surname of KERN. Have you checked the following counties for buriel: Montgomery County Dickson County Stewart County Cheatum County If you live near enough, you could visit the TN State Archive and Library in downtown Nashville, TN. They have the death certificates on film for that time period. Sorry, I couldn't be any more help.
