Gregg, There is two Kern's buried in the Bethany Cemetery, From Erin take highway 49 to Dickson. Take Bethany Road to cemetery on right side of road past the church-on hill above mouth of Wallace Hollow north of Bethany Road. Buried there are F. A. Kern b. 1839 d. 1920 (mother), J.T. Kern b. 1825 d. 1910(father). Information in the book, "They Passed This Way", Houston County Cemetery Locations. I have many ancestors buried in Houston Co.
