Date of Newspaper: Wednesday, July 22, 1964 Page: Front Page Article Title: "Phyllis Bunnell Injured in Swim Accident" Phyllis Bunnell, 13, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Bunnell, Jr. of Clarksville and granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Bunnell, Sr. of Erin was seriously injured Thursday afternoon, July 16th. at a Clarksville swimming pool. Phyllis, an avid water fan, was injured during a high dive at the pool. It is believed she slipped on the slick board as she left it.
