Hi Eugene... I bought a book while in Leiper's Fork, TN which is real close to Franklin, WIlliamson County, TN. There is a couple of pages in this book on the history of Leiper's Fork. Apparently, there were various spellings of the name Leiper, Leeper etc. The original I believe was Leeper. I will have my husband scan those pages and will send them to you, if you would like. This man Leeper settled in that area. We also went to the Leiper's Fork Library while there. THe librarian there was very informative on the area. I will also send you email address for the town historian, a Mr. Rick Warrick who wrote the book. THere was alos a previous book that he wrote on Leiper's Fork but I did not buy that one.
