Henrietta, I have that William Spencer was born in Pasquotank Co., N.C., but no further info on him. My Forehands branched off at Phebe's father, John, so I have not pursued that line further. I can offer Phebe's ancestors, if that will help. I don't have any descendants of Phoebe and William. Velma
