I am trying to find burial and death (obit) information for Meda Tucker born July 12,1879 in Humphreys County Tennessee and died Jan 6,1880 in Humphreys County Tennessee, and Daniel Tucker born Nov 10,1881 in Humphreys County Tennessee and died Sept 2,1889 in Humphreys County Tennessee. Meda and Daniel's parents were Butler Leonard Tucker born 1842 in TN. died 1913 in TX. and Martha Jane White. They were married Jan 14,1874 in Humphreys County Tennessee. Hi, I'm searching for information on the following family. B.D.Tucker b.around 1800 in North Carolina (he is listed in the 1860 Humphreys County Tennessee census as 60 yrs old). B.D.'s wife is listed as Martha age 53 in the same census. There is also listed one son, Butler, age 18. I have some unconfirmed reports that Butler had a brother named Bill (William) and also a sister (name unknown). I have word of mouth reports that the sister married a Duke man in Texas. Butler's brother and sister would probably have been older than him since his mom had him at 35. Does anyone have any information on this family? This is my brick wall. I need help!!!!!!!!!! Butler Tucker is my g-g-grandfather and this census record is the only thing I have that links him to B.D. Could Docia E. be Emmeline Docia or Docia Emmeline? I don't have the families of all of the sons of Alexander Clark so I do not have Emmeline Clark in my records other than she is buried in the Weems Cemetery at Bon Aqua. I think the Cemetery is now on the property of Johnny Cash and June Carter. There was a very remarkable lady that I talked to a few years ago that knew all about this Cemetery. She knew many people from her childhood and was able to help me a lot with my Harrison family. Her name was Rubye Tatum and she must have been elderly at the time and unfortunately may not be living. Some of the Alexander Clark's descendants married into the Weems family. I do not have an Emmeline that married a Weems. Do you know her first or middle name? I am new to your list and would like to hear from anyone researching the families of Elias Dotson/Dodson who died in Council Bend, Hickman Co, 1847. I would like to have the death date of his first wife Maria Marshall. The Rowland/Roland/Rolin/Rolen family of Hickman Co. Elias Dotson's last wife was Frances Roland Lee who was born 1822 in TN. Frances mar Elias in 1846 and had one child by Elias, James E. Dodson in 1847. Frances then mar Luke Sellers Tatum in Perry Co. in 1849 by their good friend Pleasant Walker. Her first son by Luke was named William. On her tombstone is Frances R. Tatum which leads to believe she was a Roland/etc and not a Lee. Frances and Luke moved to TX in 1850. Any help in placing Frances would be appreciated. Mary

No birthdates are listed in first record, but the Wesley in the record was in the Civil War, so he was no doubt born before 1850.
