Hi I'm researching the family of James & Susan CARTER and William and Cinthy (various spellings) CATON. Both families lived in Henry County in the early 1820s. I know a lot about them, their families, and their Texas descendents (William R. Caton (Jr.) married Susan Carter in Henry Co in 1843 and then moved to Texas), but I have found no reliable information about where they came from before Henry Co. and who their parents, etc. are.
