I just had the priviladge of meeting the man who wrote A PICTORIAL HISTORY OF THE OLD 23rd DISTRICT by LARRY T. PERRY. The book has 454 pictures in it, a map of the Old 23rd District., it has 426 pages, it has many tales and funny stories of the people of that area.
