I would like to make a suggestion/request. Could we all get in the habit of always putting SURNAMES in CAPITAL LETTERS? A few reasons for this 1) It can be very tediuos to go thru an especially lengthy message with a lot of surnames all in Title case. If they are in caps the names will stand out & the reader can easily see if it pertains to their research or are able to help someone out. 2) For any one who knows the "rules" of genealogy the SURNAME always is in caps on pedigree charts, family group records, anytime they are in print. I for one will not always take the time to read thru something lengthy trying to decipher what is a SURNAME and what isn't. The person who posted may lose out for this reason. So, it is a good habit to get into anyway because if you're serious about your work you will have to write it this way, plus there is less of a chance something will be missed. Thanks so much. bjc
