    1. [TNHENRY-L] Henry County long-distance research
    2. In response to Karli: I am also doing long-distance Henry County research. One resource I found very helpful is the Tennessee State Library & Archives. I have borrowed several books and rolls of microfilm through interlibrary loan. The following are rolls of microfilm that are available: Roll #70 Marriage Records - 1838-1882 Roll #102 Wills - 1822-1844 Roll #103 Wills - 1844 - 1863 Roll #44 Administrators', Executors' Guardians' Settlements - 1839-1870 Roll #108 Deed Index - 1822-1908 The following books are also available: History of Henry County (Johnson, 1958) History of Henry County commands which served in the Confederate Army (Rennolds, 1961) Historical Pen Sketches of Henry County (Inman) Inscriptions in Stone (Henry county Cemetery committee) I'm sure more have been added, I'm looking at an old list. These items can be held for 2 weeks. Check their website. I am new to this list and I'm researching the following names in Henry County: HAYS, ENGLAND, WALKER, HOUSE and CAYCE. I would love to hear from anyone who might also be researching these lines. Thank you, Andrea Padula
