The basics are this: Sign in Thursday evening at the meeting room at Paris Landing Lodge... get your packet(s) for the counties you are interested in. Get your names written on the back of the Tee shirt and your name and email on the front... Friday morning 7:30 am (so folks can hit the courthouse steps early (c: ) meet at the meeting room for about 30 min...and do the Tees and packet thing ... for those that missed it Thurs nite Breakfast for those that are not heading out early.. at the lodge (I will be there!) Meeting room open (time to be determined) Supper together (time to be determined) meeting room open ( time to be determined) for swapping information, material... visit....etc... Sat am (@ 8:00am) Meet at the meeting room briefly and then hit the libraries, cemeteries etc.... Sat at 5:00 pm meet at Picnic location.. in the park for the catered Supper We will have guests from surrounding Gen Societies Books for sale Entertainment (we hope) Door Prizes Awards Meal Desserts More info swapping .. picture taking and Howdys!!! to each other Determine if we are doing this again next year... and pick the committee Right now this is as tight of a schedule as we have... we do have a few variables to tie up..
