Hello, I'm new to this list, so please bear with me. I am researching the OVERCAST line and found reference to George (64) and Margaret (55) OVERCAST from Henry County in the 1860 Tennessee census. Their children were listed as Margaret (28), Sarah (28), Cicero (24), Clementine (19), Ellen (17), George W.(12), and Benjamin F. (12). Also listed in the 1860 Henry County census is a W.S. (36) and Nancy (30) OVERCAST and children Tamsey J. (10), Sarah A. (7), Mary E. (15), John M. (3), and George F. (1). Nancy's maiden name could be HERRIDY or possibly HERITY. I believe John M. OVERCAST is my g-grandfather. I have information on him as an adult in Shannon County, Missouri, but nothing on his childhood or his family. I would most appreciate communicating with anyone who has any information on these or other Overcast descendants. Will gladly share any and all information I have.
