I am looking for information on the Arthur D. Parnell who married Mattie Augusta Barham. He was born in 1893 in Perry County, Tennessee. Arthur and Mattie moved to Paris, Tennessee and raised their family. Their children were Edna Elmeda and Hilda. Edna married William Archo Cotton, Jr. and Hilda married D.W. Elkins.
