Thanks, my research is on the Myrick Family of Henry County. At this point I am trying to find the father of Lemual Myrick b 1785 d 1862. We think his father is Matthew Myrick b 1752 d 1842. I got the will (he died intestate, but I go the probate records) from the Tennessee Archives in Nashville. You know that the records are also available right from Henry County as well. The Henry County Archives has all the surviving probate records all the way back to 1822. As recent as 1993. In addition you may look at circuit court records as well as there may have be some court records that might prove some liniage as well. The Circuit Court Records index is available online at the Archives web site: http://www.angelfire.com/tn2/woinman/archives For the circuit court records click on Circuit court and for the probate records click on Estate Settlements.
