Thanks everyone!! I really did not think a volunteer was supposed to ask for money..None has ever before..I guess I just got the wrong volunteer.. I sometimes go to different sources to find info, and some do charge for their services..but they tell you up front that there will be a fee & how much each service they do charges..I have no problem with that..I just assumed that anyone that was working on a website called Random Acts of Kindness was doing it strictly just to help people..not profit from it..Maybe, I am just looking at it the wrong way.. I know when I volunteer to do something, I would never dream of asking or expecting money for my services..I was just shocked when he emailed me back & ask me to send money to get the info..But, I need the info.....But for some strange reason, I get the feeling if I send the money..I will not receive the info anyway.
