BALL and thought just maybe he connects to the BALL line I have. I have a Green Wesley BALL b.1852 TN or MO d.1939 New Madrid County, Missouri. He married Ellen ( Smith ) McGEE/McGHEE b. abt. 1850 TN or MO. d.1931New Madrid County, Missouri. I can't seem to find Green W. BALL on the 1860 census anywhere. But on the 1870 census I found him living in household of Thompson SHANKS. So that's why I asked about Vernon thinking just maybe a line from Henry Co, TN. went to MO.
