And as touching my household and kitchen furniture, I desire that it shall be equally divided between William and Mary at their own discretion; and all the perishable property that I have or may have at my death, to be equally divided between them at their own discretion, or if they should think best to sell any part thereof, the proceeds thereof, shall be equally divided between them. And further more, if in case Mary should marry, all this property shall be hers during her natural life; and if she should have an heir or heirs of her own body, at her death, all the property and its increase or effects, shall be equally proportioned between her heir or heirs as the case may be. And my son's then living heirs, agreeable to the number of them, shall have the care and control of his children's portion. And if it so happens that Mary dies without an heir or heirs, all this property, with its increase, proceeds, shall go to the heirs of William WRIGHT, my son, equally. 3rd, I give and bequeath to my son William WRIGHT, seven Negro slaves for life, to wit, MARIAH, MILLY, ORANGE, SARAH JANE, CHARITY, AMY, and PATIENCE, them all their increase, to him and his heirs forever; and the hundred acres of land where O. PITTS lives, with all its improvements and appurtenances, to him and to hold forever. Lastly, I do hereby nominate my son William, my Executor.
