Be sure that you mean the Foundry Hill Cemetery and not the LDS Cemetery that is sometimes erroneously called the Foundry Hill Cemetery. It doesn't actually make much difference because they are near each other. The Walker family probably has burials in both as do most of the families who lived in the Foundry Hill neighborhood. I know there are several in the FHC. On US 641a bit over six miles from Paris going toward Puryear, turn left onto a road called Parkhill Road. After a short distance, you pass a lake on the right and then cross a railroad track. A bit further and the road deadends into the Puryear-Whitlock Road, also called the Foundry Hill Road. Turn left and you almost immediately are at a Y intersection. Hold left, and after about a quarter mile, the next two lanes (a loop) lead to the cemetery. My uncle and a couple of other people own the cemetery just to ensure that it is not abandoned or left to the elements. (Actually, I suppose my sisters and I are part owners since our deceased father's name is on the deed.) Some day soon, I hope to have a monument erected listing the names of our relatives we know or believe to be in unmarked graves there. Although I'm doing it primarily for relatives (most of the burials), I'm willing to list other people also if their descendents will provide the names and keep in contact with me (i.e., prod me). The LDS Cemetery is located on the same Foundry Hill Road a mile or so farther along. The church and cemetery are on the right.
