I'm considering subscribing to Ancestry.com and wondered what you all think of it. Do you have any tips regarding their service? Lorelle -- Lorelle Marinello [email protected]

If you dont have a direct link to your ancestors who may have come from say, England or Wales then you dont need to spend money on their UK collection or immigration collection yet. You probably dont need the historcal newspapers either but you pretty much have to have the census subscription to get anywhere searching for your families. And you may want the US records. So, pay for only what you need now. You can always add more later if you choose. And dont forget how many wonderful free sites are on the net because of the research provided by thoughtful, dedicated volunteers! Hope this is helpful to you. Betty
